Shipping policy

Free shipping: every order ships free within the United States. We don't ship outside the U.S. yet.

In-stock orders: we pack and ship within 2 business days. Most orders arrive 3-5 business days after shipping, and you'll get a tracking link by email.

Pre-orders: pre-orders ship by the date shown on the product page and at checkout. If we can't ship by that date, we'll email you before it passes with a new date, and you can either agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund.

Quarterly Refills: refills ship automatically every 3 months from your first order. We'll email you before each one so you can skip or pause.
