Refund policy

Unopened items: return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email hello@spokeandbarrels.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Opened items: for safety, we can't accept returns of opened cleaning products.

Damaged or wrong items: email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Pre-orders: you can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. If we can't ship by the date shown at checkout, we'll email you before that date so you can agree to a new date or cancel for a full refund.

Subscriptions: you can skip, pause or cancel your Quarterly Refill at any time before the next renewal date from your account.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
